UMRMC has all the medical and auxiliary equipment required to effectively conduct simple to complex clinical trials, with the purpose of meeting the expectations of sponsors, CROs and patients. Our new designed center has a designated area for study drug with limited access as well as daily temperature monitoring for ambient and refrigerated storage. The onsite Lab is equipped with a -80°C freezer, a refrigerated, programmable centrifuge. We have 2 examination rooms fully equipped.
We also have access to the following equipment near our Facility to support Research studies: Computerized Tomography Scan, X-Ray, Bone Densitometry, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Fluoroscopy, Positron Emission Tomography Scan, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Local Lab

Our clinic is conveniently located at only 20 minutes away from Miami International Airport, public transportation, and major highways make it easy to access our facility. We count on plenty of free parking spaces and a convenient bus stop which facilitate access for patients as well as to monitors/Sponsor.
UMRMC Staff
Site staff has more than 15 years of combined research experience conducting Phase II-IV clinical trials. Principal Investigators, with specialties in Neurology, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice are supported by 3 full-time Study Coordinators, one Site Manager, 1 lab technician, dedicated Data Entry staff, 3 Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner with specialties in Psychiatry, Family Practice, and Dermatology and a Doctor in Psychology; all staff is trained in HIPAA, GCP, IATA and BLS.
